What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, we will contact you by phone to confirm the order and confirm the specific delivery time
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order is in the "Ready to Ship", "Shipped" or "Shipped" status, we will not be able to accept any order modifications.

What if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, we will send the item again the next day, or the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you selected.
If the package cannot be delivered, you may also need to collect it at your local post office.
Returns
Do you accept returns?

- The item must have been sold in our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. To request a return, please contact our customer service.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please state that you would like to exchange the item for a different item when you prepare your return.
